A massively parallel, scalable system for learning interaction networks on FPGAs.The award winning paper on acceleration of bioinformatics using FPGAs was presented at ICS 2010 by Chris Fletcher one of the lead authors. The other lead author Narges Bani Asadi went on to found Bina Technologies which was acquired by Roche Sequencing.
